We have the answer! We teach you how to address the shadow self that originated in childhood, as well as past traumatic experiences that you may not even be aware of.

Speaking from personal experience, I recognize that worrying about events that have yet to occur is a major source of depression, anxiety, and illness for many of my clients. They develop this tendency as a safety mechanism, learned early in childhood. Often, we create coping mechanisms in childhood to protect ourselves, and these can continue to affect us later in life, sometimes without our conscious recollection of why or from what trauma they originated.

Do you experience low self-esteem, trust issues, eating disorders, overthinking, anger, aggression towards others and yourself? Our program offers a pathway to release these burdens permanently from your life. Similarly, if we spend our days dwelling on the past, we can become ensnared in obsessing over events that are unchangeable, thus perpetuating chaos in our lives. Ideally, we should focus on the present moment, moving forward rather than being fixated on the past or future. However, revisiting certain life events, feelings, and childhood traumas is crucial for healing and growth, and this program provides tools to facilitate that process.

In this five-week course, Deb and Spirit have devised a safe method for you to confront your issues directly. Deb can assist you in healing and guide you to be more mindful of your life and body as they are now. Through increased self-awareness, you can grow into the person you've always aspired to be. Deb leads the group with mass healing in each class, tailoring the content to the attendees' needs with the guidance of their spirit guides channeled through her. She teaches various meditations to unlock the secrets to success, a practice that has yielded life-changing results in her retreats over the past three years.
